As long as I was in the US, I was getting good service. But after I moved back to India I am getting poor service for the same NRO account. I keep getting the same mechanical response for my inquiries and document uploads. It is like corresponding with machines or brainless people. They want proof of my address in India. I submitted my Aadhar card. They say that there is a name mismatch. I try to explain that instead of first name and last name it is written name and father's name. They go back to square one and tell me to provide address proof. I am stuck in a infinite loop. Without the address proof, they would restrict debit transactions on the account. In other words they won't let me withdraw my money.
