Tried to complete a transaction using my debit card with sufficient funds in account. Inspite of that the transaction wouldn’t go through. On calling customer service was told Primary account holder needs to take up issue with the bank. Primary account holder was put on hold for over an hour trying to get a simple approval done by phone. No success! Time to change the name from Citibank to Shittybank!!!
