I have applied for a citi Bank credit card Application Reference Number 19082291701 they said an exucutive will come to collect the documents for KYC I have fixed my appointment 3 times but nobody is came to me. I have taken 2 leaves for the appointment which was totally wasted and now I am getting messages from them that we have made several attempts to reach you pls book appointment again such a third class service. I am very much annoyed from the service zero stars for it.
