Hi All,

Must write this review to share my horrible experience with Harpreet ford, Gurgaon, Haryana so I could save anyone else from being cheated.

We received our Ford Endevaour 2016 3.5L 4WD on 28th October 2016(invoice#VSLAG00816GN). When delivery was made, they didnt have time to put the accessories so car

was picked up on Dhanteras day without accessories as the dealership folks said that they would do it in next few days. Upon receiving the car, we had got anti-

Corrosion treatment done on the car from 3M. We signed up of a 3M package of 1.5 Lakhs but on day 1, it was only 36K worth of work which was done on the car by that

time. The 3M company wanted to do the rest only when car accessories has completly been put on. Suddently on day 2, while driving suddenly all the door panels started

shaking with huge noise. Kids sitting in Car got really scared. Restarting or any other method didnt help at all. We tried calling the sales person'Nitin Kumar' who

sold the car to us but he didnt pick our calls so had to leave the car on road side for a night. Finally got to speak with Nitin next morning and Nitin said he can not

help as the show room and service center closed for two days so the car can only be checked after three days. On Day 5 i.e. 1st Nov, the car was checked and they could

not figure out the resolution on the noise issue. Upon lot of hue and cries, they finally had to replace the car as they could not resolve the issue and so we received

a new car.

Since there was an expense incurred on first car for 3M service, Harpreet ford General Manager Mr. Rajeev Sethi agreed to reimburse that amount of 36K spent by that

time. Given their behavior so far, we had asked Mr Rajeev to write this down but he asked us to believe his words on account of his age and position. This was around

Novemeber 2016 and it is 24th March 2017 today and we are still struggling to get this amount back. Mr Rajeev sethi has no answer and says that his company i.e. Ford

India has denied to reimburese this money to us.

The harassment doesnt end here. In a matter of days, the second car also gave us serious technical issues on our first out of town family trip by this car to Nanital.

We opened the sun roof and it wouldn't close. It was raining heavily and we had to cover using every thing we could get our hands on. We rerouted ourselves and rushed

to Haldwani Ford Service Station and they couldn't fix the issue and said that it may take a while for the technicians to identify the issue so they suggested to

instead get this fixed only in our hometown. We came back to Gurgaon and gave car to Gurgaon Ford Service Station. Again the same story, and they did lot of research

and couldn't fix it again. They kept mentioning that the required part to fix this issue has been ordered etc yet made us to wait for nearly two weeks to get our car


The harassment doesnt end here. The dealership wouldnt give us the RC(registration card). we had to really chase them down and must have made over 20 calls to receive

our RC almost 3 months after the car. Getting the auto cop configuration took about 5 months on the car after a thorough followup though we had made the payment on day

1.  The sales man Nitin and GM Rajeev Sethi are great experts in making excuses without doing a single thing as per their promise. The number plate they have put on

car was not same as RC and we have been moving with wrong number plate for last 5 months. we have pictures of same and believe that it should be submitted to be

enquired about. We and still waiting for'High Security' number plate and too tired to follow up with them as Harpreet ford simply wouldnt give to us and everytime

come up with a false promise.

It was our moral responsibility to save others from buying Ford car from Harpreet Ford Gurgaon. Its a serious mistake. We are still suffering and hope we can save

others. Thanks for your patience.
