Hi Readers

I want to write this blog for all new car buyers. I am writing my bad and worst experience in V3 Hyundai Thiruvanmiyur. I am a new car buyer and I have searched several dealers in Hyundai and Maruti. One of my friend suggested V3 Hyundai which is in Thiruvanmiyur. I had visited there and I met asst. Sales manager Mr.karthick. initially he spoke with me well about the brand of car. I asked for Hyundai Eon car model price quotation and he wrote it in white paper and gave it to me. On that same day, he asked me to pay token amount of rs2000. When paying money, Karthik said that this is car locking amount not an car booking amount and also He said that if I want, I can change my car model before the invoice generation. He didn't give the bill on that time. For getting bill, I chased him for 3days and I got bill in email. I had discussed with my friends who is having car and they advised me not to take Eon car. I have tried to contact him in phone to check with other cars specification in Hyundai. He always reject my call and sometimes he used to tell that he is in meetings. I have tried multiple time by calling showroom landline numbers and no response from the team. Finally I went to the showroom and that day also he didn't see me, he sent out sales person and he wrote quotation for another car. He also promised me that he will bring the test drive car to my home

Same words Mr.karthick said to me that he will bring the test drive car and it almost 1month later this sales person also telling the same.

After getting amount, they are not responding properly. Is this the way, a proper customer service running by a genuine brand dealer. All my friends advised me not to take new car in V3 Hyundai. When I called multiple times to reach Karthik, he didn't pick my call. Finally I msged him that I dont want to take car in V3hyundai. Atleast to be courtesy, ppl should call and ask what is the reason. To be honest, he just sent one message that sir you have to write cancellation letter and cancellation charges rs.3000

I didn't fill any form and I did not get original bill by hand then why the hell I need to pay rs 1000 extra to cancel my bookings.

Almost 2 weeks gone, stil no one care what happened on my bookings. V3 Hyundai is 100? cheater and Fraudulent dealer.

Please don't take car over there and don't waste your time and money. Every single rupee of money it's is paying for your hard work. so please don't waste like me by paying to them.:( . Don't think that I am belongs to some other dealers. I am a poor new car buyer
