Customer service is impressive anywhere whether it is bought online or at any showroom shop. But when I bought a sport shoe then there was discount of 15% on online stores but I was charged full money printed on the tag. So that moment was not good for me with campus stores. So customer service is good but sometimes it goes worst.
But shoes are fantastic. They are of Great quality. You will began to love it. A great quality product.
Staff courtesy is not that bad but quite helpful in some aspects.
Overall, Product quality is Awesome. You must go for it.
