I had bought BYJUS services for 5 years fo my son, which was going to expire on 30 May, 2022. On 29th November 2021, I raised a query for a chapter been missing from the syllabus they had provided. They accepted the same & asked to wait till they solve the same. For next 4 days they keep repeating the same & today they are saying my subscription has expired which still has 6 months service left. On asking, to let me talk with their head officers, they denied saying they don't have someone to talk with. Also on asking that how my service expired, they just say its technical glitch. I don't understand how a compuer can change service validity automatically, also an technology based education service can provide such glitch based services. In short they don't want to help further. Also, they never helped in any way in five years to my son. Please all parents beware of their drama, how they convince innocent parents by showing tab n showcasing brilliance of our child by just giving a small demo in name to sell their best services. Just stay alert what they are wanting to sell & how big amount they will take away from you. Just don't fall in trap of brand name or mind game they play in name of a demo. Be alert, request to every parents who are concerned of studies of their kids. Please please please don't fall in trap, once payment gone than you are on your own.
