I have enrolled for my kid who is studying 2nd standard. Two and half months over. They promised for a personal mentor who will follow up his academic worksheets and all. But no mentor is speaking to the kid even a single time. Only the marketing person spoke well to me and my kid, so I also thought that my kid will actively participate in this session, but no one is there to ask or guide or follow up his activities. I spoke to their team many times and they changed three mentors, but no use. Till now none of the mentor talked to my kid. In this COVID shutdown of schools, I need a mentor to tell to kid to do the activities. It's ended up in vain, and a huge loss. Now I want to cancel the enrollment, but no one is responding for it. They are saying within 15 days only cancellation option there. Within 15 days we didn't receive even the kit, then how could we judge. It's a fraud company who easily grabs our hard earned money easily in the name of education. So please parents don't waste your money in this fraud company.
