Value for Money:

Suthol is an antiseptic liquid manufactured by GD Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. The same company is also the manufacturer of Boroline. Suthol is used to prevent heat rash, itches on skin in summer and it acts as a preventive solution to combat with prickly heat and humid weather.

I always use Suthol in summer. I usually pour 15-20 drops of liquid in to the water bucket and then take my shower with this water. It prevents me from heat rash and itching. As this is an medicated and antiseptic liquid, you can use it as an after shave lotion as well. I have used it and it felt good! You can use it on any wounds too, just apply drops of suthol liquid on cotton ball and keep the cotton ball on the wounds.

Suthol comes in different variations like Suthol Natural, Suthol Plus, Suthol Fresh and Suthol Sandal. I usually use the Suthol Natural. It acted brilliantly on insect bites. Once I was attacked by a bee and my face got red and swollen with its attack. I applied suthol liquid in cotton patch on the affected area and with in 24 hours, the wound  got OK with no more redness! So, it is a handy option for multiple requirements.

It is not that costly. I always purchase the 100 ml bottle costing around Rs.30+. I do not use suthol in all seasons, but in this extreme hot and humid weather, when my body is full with heat rashes, and I get irritated with itching, taking a fresh shower with suthol water calms down my body and make me feel comfortable.

I am definitely recommending it.
