Must say Bonton holidays is the worst service provider we have ever came across in our life. The company is least bothered regarding the services which are being offered by their organization.


From day 1 of landing in Dubai, my client is facing problems and inspite of informing them all the issues theses guys are not at all interested in solving them out. When ever we raise a concern for the problems faced by the guest, Ms. Priya Singh(Assistant Manager Operations)/ Mr. Gaurav Sharma(Operations Head) will always give the same answer that the issue has been reported to Dubai team and we will get back to you within half an hour, but that half an hour has not come till today.


Please find the list of the problems faced by my guest:


28th Dec: The guests flight was delayed and the new timings were well informed to Ms. Priya and Ms. Jagriti in Dubai. Ms. Jagriti informed that the last SIC transfer is till 12 am, so we can arrange the very first pick up next morning, so my guest agreed to the same and waited at the airport for more than 11 hours and when we and my guest tried to contact your emergency contact no of Dubai and Indian team there was no response. Ultimately one guy answered the call and he said we cant arrange the pick up for you as the SIC is full, you need to travel by own. If this was the answer which has to be given then why did Ms. Priya and Ms. Jagriti committed that the transfers will be provided the very next morning. The same scenario was brought in the limelight of Mr. Gaurav Sharma as well and till date we are waiting to hear the reply for the same.


29th Dec: As per the guests itinerary he was suppose to visit Burj Khalifa & Dubai Aquarium. The pick up time in the vouchers was mentioned as 5 pm. But when we contacted your Dubai team they said the pick will be at 7 pm. As the guests had plans so he said he will leave by his own, but he requires the return transfers for which he spoke on+971501818208, the person who answered the call shared the drivers contact no. and said he needs to report at the Dubai mall exit by 10 pm, to which the guest agreed and waited for the vehicle to pick them up. But no one turned up and inspite of calling on the drivers contact no. and+971501818208 no one answered the calls. This issue was again discussed with Ms. Priya, but again her answer was I have forwarded the issue to Dubai team and I am waiting for the reply. Still there is no answer.


30th Dec: Guests Desert Safari was scheduled at 3 pm. In the vouchers its clearly mentioned the waiting period is 15- 30 minuted. But the driver reported at 4.10 pm. Again the Dubai no. were unanswered.


31st Dec: Half day City tour of Dubai. Thankfully this is the only thing which went peacefully without calling anyone.


1st Jan: Dhow cruise with dinner was scheduled for the guest as per the confirmation vouchers shared by Priya. The reporting time in the lobby was 8 pm, so the guest was waiting in the lobby, he waited till 8.30 pm and started calling the Dubai no.s, again the same thing no one answers the call. So finally he informed us regarding the problem, we gave a call to Ms. Priya and she said she will speak to Gaurav and he will escalate the problem to Dubai team. We took Mr. Gaurav Sharma's no. and tried calling him several times, but it seems he was very busy celebrating new year and all the calls went unanswered. So we started calling the Dubai no, some guy answered the call and gave other 2 no. and on calling them they said the vehicle will be there in another 15- 20 min. So the guest waited for half an hour, but again the vehicle didnt turn up. So again we called on the emergency contact no. which was finally answered by Ms. Jagriti and the answer given by her was damn shocking, she said " FOR TODAY THERE IS NO BOOKING FOR DHOW CRUISE FOR THIS GUEST". The same thing was shared with Ms.Priya, and she said I don't have any answer and by this time the cruise might have sailed you have to wait till morning.


The guest has a return flight for 2nd Jan 2017. So when the Dhow cruise will be offered to him.


The payment was done well in advance, the flight details were shared with you. So why these problems occurred? Why there was no booking?


This was the first booking with Bonton Holidays which turned out be a biggest nightmare, as it seems these people are sitting just to make money without providing any services and issuing fake vouchers.


And now they are simply saying you can take a legal action we will not provide any refund to you and they even started using slang language.
