Nykaa online store has a partnership with this courier service . They won't even call u and come to the address , they will say the person is not available. And don't bother to deliver and return it. Try going to their office all parcels are just dumped in a corner , they themselves can't locate it. It's not first time am going thru this , it's third time. Once I even complaint to their head office. But no use. My suggestion is buy things online but if they partner with blue dart avoid that purchase. U will save urslf a heart burn. After today I am stopping buying from nykaa
