my brother ordered a mobile phone from Delhi. the package was delivered by Bluedart and since it was COD I wanted to check my goods and then pay for it. The Bluedart courier service guy did not let me open the package until I made the payment. He very well know what this is about but still kept quite and refused me from opening the package.
