Blue dart sent me a message with the courier boy contact no that the parcel would be sent to me on Friday.when i contacted the boy he was not reciving my call. i waited the entire day he did not come. He did not even bother to deliver it to me on Saturday. On Sunday they have holiday so the parcel did not come.

on Monday again they sent me another person name with his contact details i tried calling him he also did not bother to pick up the call. i informed on the customer care to deliver the parcel to me by 4 pm.they assured me .when nobody turned up i again contacted the customercare they told me i may receive by end of the day. again my 2nd day is waisted wainting for the parcel. really disappointed if this people cannot give good services then why do they promise.the parcel was urgent and was supposed to be sent to someone abroad.Horrible servie. they ask for rating it is 0 rating
