They don't deserve any star. Most bakwas company. I have order some things from shopclues to gift my friend on her birthday i.e on tomorrow (16/7/2019). The parcel was expected to deliver on 13/7/2019 so I ordered it. The parcel is with bluedart in my city from 13/7/2019 but they don't deliver yet. On 13/7/2019 they didn't visit my home to deliver it nor their delivery boy called me and they send their review to shopclues that I was not at home. Then I waited till 15/7/19 (today) upto 12 pm. From 12 pm I was calling the delivery boy but he didn't receive my call 3 times. Then I tried at 3 pm and he received my call & he said that my parcels will be deliver today. Then I called him 5.45 pm and he is saying that your parcel cannot be deliver today. It will be delivered on tomorrow. Now tommorrow I have to leave my place at 7 am so how can I gift her it tomorrow? Very bad experience
