For the second time Blue dart delivery service has failed. In the first instance, I was to receive a part from American Micronics which never came. Finally I had to ask the company to use an alternate courier to deliver and request them to stop using Blue Dart. I hope they did it.
Now I am expecting a product from Xiomi and on enquiry they tell me there is a delay and I would get it tomorrow. On asking why I wasn't informed as I wait in house for the delivery, the person on the phone says that delay information is NOT informed to customers! Only to the sender! Where is the logic?
I will again write to Xaomi also and request them to stop using Blue dart.
I hope everyone who has had a bad experience with Blue dart does the same.
