Most pathetic service provider, never call the customer before delivery,
Even after request delivery agent intentionally call during ofc hours , when we requested to call before our ofc time...... very much disappointed with blue dart service , specially with document related and bank related services
Banking and other document delivery vendors should insist the courier service agent to refactor there service for better delivery
All are negative comments
