Even after requesting blue dart customer team couple of times to ask your delivery person to call before reaching the location. There is no call from the delivery person. How come the reason mention as consignee not available, as I was available at the home. What kind of stupid service is this.
There toll free number( 1860 233 2134) is not reachable. What to do, I am clue less.
