As mentioned below, I have been in contact with BSB support and sure enough did they offer replacement/Refund if my product had a problem.

The communication was good enough throughout  and a  replacement was done.

I would mention here that there might be few issues which is expected in any business, but I am sure enough the support team is capable enough to resolve them for you in order to have a satisfied customer end of the day.

The website has good brands and they are working hard to maintain the reputation.

BSB Support has been trying to give some positive response on my defective product.

Will post more, as I have an update.

I buy lots of stuff online and though I should try buying shoes online too and the most advertised site I could see was BIg shoe bazaar.

I took some time to decide whether to buy shoes online and finally shortlisted a pair of FILA shoes costing Rs.1600( there was no discount, the price is same as the price of the product in the showroom), I ordered the product and chose cash on delivery.

Nothing advantageous about COD, except that I read some reviews saying people paid money for a product and were later informed that the requested size was not available. which led them to buy something else since a refund was not allowed. So I chose COD, so that BSB cannot trick me that way.

Sure enough the product was delivered in 3 days and we were not able to check the product before buying as the courier guy was not concerned abt the quality of the product and his job was only to deliver and collect the money.

Made the payment to the courier guy and he left. I opened up the pack the next day morning and everything seemed to be Ok, until I tried to wear it. They shoe was all fine but there was some abnormality in the covering of the shoes that exists below the lace. It was projecting out to a greater extent on the right shoe than the left shoe.

I then realised that the product is Factory seconds and ended up being sold online because anyone who tries it out in the showroom will easily identify the flaw.

My order number was BSB160675. I didn't want to start arguing with the BSB support for this and ask a replacement since I would have to courier back the product and that would cost me more money and there is no guarantee that the new one that comes in does not have any issue.

I decided never to buy crap from Bigshoebazaar since I now strongly believe they only sell factory seconds, i'd rather go to the shoeroom and buy shoes after trying them.
