I ordered 3 shirts in May, I received 1. I have been calling them since June to find the other 2. He(the same person answered the phone every time) kept reassuring me that they were on their way. But he never gave me a tracking number like he claimed(until October 7th, then I received 3 tracking numbers for 2 shirts?). In the Sept. conversation I had with him, he was shocked that I didn't receive my orders and he said that he would refund my money. I called back at the beginning of October because I didn't receive a refund. He said that I could not receive a refund because USPS can't go back that far(beyond 90 days) to locate the shipment to make sure I was not lying.


So, I called my local USPS office. They looked up the tracking numbers in the "archives"(beyond 90 days) for the shipment. They received the same answer that I did. The tracking numbers stated that it was still waiting on BignTallApparel to ship the items. The USPS manager told me that the order never shipped otherwise they could tell me who received the packages.


When I confronted him, he got hostile and Belligerent. He told me to get USPS on the phone so he could talk to them in a 3rd party call. I don't have that option on my landline phone so I couldn't do it and he told me then I was lying instead of picking up the phone for himself and asking the same question to his local USPS office. So, who was lying? Why would I go through the trouble to keep calling this company since June if I received my orders? Do they think I just want to stir up trouble? No, I just want my orders or a refund.


I am so disappointed in how people handle their customers these days. This company needs to send its employees to school for customer service! Being in the customer service field all my life, you bend over backward for your customers, it's your companies lifeline, you don't argue with the customer, and call them a liar. Check things out for yourself, you find the proof that you shipped the items and call the people back(unless you're lying and you know you're lying), there was a really long pause on the other end of the phone.


This is why you receive bad reviews. The worst part of all this, he screwed his company out of larger order. I wanted to see the shirts for the quality, choose the best one and order 30 more for my company. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot, he must love throwing$750 orders away, I'm sure they get those kinds of orders all the time. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again! Next stop BBB.
