A few days before, I went to withdraw money amounting to Rs.5000/- from ATM of Bank of Baroda.The message resulted on the screen was as, "There is a server problem".It happened twice and I did not get any money from ATM.Shockingly, I got a message of two times withdrawal of money from my Savings.I complained ten days before to the manager who suggested to make an online complaint.The only reply I saw online was, "It is in process".On dialing the customer care number;it said, "Please check the number you have dialed".Either the bank should solve my loss issue amounting to Rs.10, 000/- or I shall file the petition to the consumer court.
