Pathetic experience. Today I visited Bob Kailash Colony branch. I had a query regarding net banking. Total of 5 staff was present 2 males and 3 females. Both the males were quiet and helping but all the 3 female employees were shouting instead of talking polietly. We open bank account in bank to get better service. But these educated employees don't have manners how to talk?. I too could shout at them but didn't. Banks kindly train your employees to talk nicely with customers. It's our hard earned money in their bank and they are to there to service not to humiliate us.


Please guys we know you have government jobs which gives you a security that nobody can take your job away but this job security doesn't mean that you are now licensed to behave rude or I'll treat customers. You are there to service us
