My company opens 0 balance salary account in BOB. after so many followup we get welcome kit after getting welcome kit I tried to start my account with the facility of net banking and mobile banking but after doing so many formalities till time I am not able to oprate the account. Bank is taking initiative to open account but not taking care to or ask customer that what type of problem are you facing to non use of your account . very poor customer service compare to private bank .
today customer dont want to west time in bank ques but I saw always big lines in each section which bank have to upgrade their customer by creating culture.
