The following complaint, I sent to Bank of Baroda, will tell you what I want to tell you about Bank of Baroda.

(QUOTE)I have availed a housing loan 24900600009285 from your Guruvayur branch.I have always made the repayment of this loan every month within the stipulated date, without any defaults and without any overdue. I have never, in my life, defaulted any loan.But, Your Guruvayur branch has not submitted the periodical data in respect of this loan to CIBIL for many months .As a result of this, I was portrayed as a loan defaulter in my CIBIL report and hence, my CIBIL score got deteriorated.And, now I am facing difficulty for getting my housing loan take over request approved by other bank.Your Guruvayur branch has violated the RBI circular DBOD No.DL.BC.56/20.16.002/2004-05 dated 06.11.2004.(for your information) The Manager of your Guruvayur branch hesitated to enhance my housing loan amount, stating the wish wash reason that once a housing loan is sanctioned, no additional loan will be sanctioned, no matter whether the applicant has repaying capacity or not; and no matter whether the house, the applicant is going to construct, is bigger or not.I asked him then to give loan under your scheme, AAA, which also, he rejected, stating wish wash reasons .I asked him then to give a loan of just Rs 75000/- as personal loan, which he dillydallied, saying that he sought approval from regional office, which he has not received so far.But, I know that every reason, he told me, on the basis of which he dillydallied my personal loan application and hesitated to give me further housing loan, was false.I know that giving loan is solely at your discretion and in this regard, I have no complaints to you.That's why, I've written letter to you, withdrawing all my complaints. An old lady clerk, in presence of your branch manager, inside his cabin, on 30/9/16, insulted me, saying that I am trying to get things which I don't deserve.I don't want any favour from you/your bank.But, do something to correct the wrong entries in my CIBIL report that have emanated because of your negligence.(UNQUOTE)

In my opinion, customer service of Bank of Baroda is the worst.Staff are arrogant and rude.
