I placed an order with Bajaao for the first time and I think it was a mistake of my life for taking the decision to place an order with them. I placed my order April 12th and they informed me that, my order will be shipped on April 29th and from then it will take around 5-6 days for me to receive my order.


Now for some reason, they were able to ship the order on April 25th, but the mistake they made was to choose Bluedart as their Courier Partner. They started giving me incorrect information on their tracking page, that the order will be delivered on April 28th.


However, after 26th, they stopped updating their tracking page and it crossed April 28th ( The delivery date) and I called Bajaao team. They told me it will be delivered by tomorrow, there is some delay, but I will surely receive it by April 29th.


I didn't receive my order on 29th and I called Bluedart customer care, ( which is by a chargeable call, not the regular chargeable, but special number chargeable, which means, if you stay on call with them for 20 minutes, which you will, you will pay additional 30 rupees on top of whatever your regular bill is) and their CS rep was as usual the rudest person on the planet, and told me that The order is their at Noida( the delivery city) warehouse but they will not deliver it for next 3-4 days and hung up on my face.


I called Bajaao and they showed a Little aggression that we will escalate it, how can Bluedart do this, we will take care of things, but we will get it delivered on April 30th only. Again, no one delivered my order on 30th. So I called on May 1st, and I called the Bajaao team again and by this time Bluedart updated the status that the item arrived in Delhi, which was a lie, because on April 29th on a recorded call they confirmed that the item was in the Noida warehouse, and our Bajaao rep suddenly changed colours and started saying, that the item is on time, doesn't matter what expected delivery date was mentioned on the Bluedart's page, On our website, it was mentioned that it takes 5-6 days from the date of shipping, and it will reach to me on May 2nd as May 1st was Sunday and it is holiday.


I again waited for Monday, May 2nd and now finally I get a call from Bluedart Courier guy in the morning asking me to send him a WhatsApp message with the exact location, as he is unable to find my society. So I send him the Google Map location of my address and he promises that he will be there in an hour, but he never reaches, again I call the guy at 4.00 asking him what time he will deliver the order, he tells me that company has given him 35 deliveries and it is too much work for him, but he will deliver my order at around 6.30 pm.


I did not receive my order and I try to call the guy again at 7.00 pm and now his phone is switched off. So now when I call Bajaao CS team and tells them the issue, I receive the worst customer service even compared to Bluedart CS team and this insensitive guy tells me, to make my 3-year-old kid shut up because he is hearing a background noise and he can't cope up with it, even after me telling him that my son has a fever and I can't leave him.


Finally, Bajaao team sends me an email that, my address comes under a restricted area and I need to call the Bluedart's Customer care and sort out the issues. I mean Bajaao.com is a joke, I should have placed my order on Amazon.com and I would've got it in 2-3 days max. I think I might have spent almost 200-300 bucks by just calling their customer care and Bluedart's customer care.


Funny thing is, Bluedart Courier comes to deliver courier in my society, every single day and they mentioned on their tracking page that my society is a restricted area, hence the item could not be delivered, which in reality, he didn't deliver, because he had too much work and he wasn't able to complete it.


After that, No one answered my call. I am not sure if I will ever receive my order or will Bajaao at least have the courtesy to return my money. Let's see what happens, till Now I haven't received my order.
