  1. Cannot replace physical attention and knowledge. A lot of time is wasted in calling mentors to match school syllabus. Simple topics like periodic table is not available, mentor is not aware and they give up saying it isn't available in our Search. Unacceptable behavior.




  2. Mentors are useless, no help provided. They do attend and respond to the calls but revolving queries and issues either take long or forever at times.




  3. Kids lose interest as they have to deal with so much collaboration just to identify missing topics or resolve queries.




  4. Support also forwards your complaint to mentor. So ultimately no proper escalation mechanism to address open issues.






DO NOT waste time and money on BYJUS.
