Hi guys. I ordered a product called Axis active band on the 4th of October 2018. The amount (₹1499) was deducted at the same time and I received a message that your order has been received. But today till 23rd October, there is no status update. I don't know where my product is? When I call customer service, they charge me money for pressing buttons on my phones and when I get some one on the phone, he doesn't know what to do and hung up on my face. I still haven't received my axis active band. This is a very bad service by you guys, never expected this from you. The band was to be delivered on 19th October 2018.
