I am using Asus zenfone 3 . my ausus zenfone is in guarantee period and my adopter is not working properly, they told that information regarding the guarantee period of my product is not in their database, and their database is as per the assembling date, they also told me to mail my receipt for guarantee support, I have sent it, but still my issue is not solved and now they are disconnecting my call again and again.i t was a horrible custo.er service from asus .really they need to improve thier service.I have been cheted by them I hope they will not cheat any one again
