Hello, this is your loyal customer for years, very disappointed with the services this time. I had placed few orders on your Prime Day Sale and immediately called customer support and mentioned to them that I am currently out of town and will not be able to receive delivery and requested them to reschedule the delivery on Monday that is today.


I called up first time and the agent said once orders are dispatched only they can reschedule delivery so I requested them to follow up on this and make necessary changes as I got busy at work and I couldn't spare time to call them back, they agreed but couldn't see any changes happened after two days on the application.


So called them again and explained the whole story to another agent and again I was promised by that agent as well that they will look into this and make necessary changes, I guess this time changes reflected on the app but however the delivery guys started calling stating the product is already with them and tried delivering it to me where I clearly told them that I am not at home and I have already had this discussed with customer support and requested them to get goods by Monday but they denied and said it's not in their hands, they tried thrice and cancelled the delivery and arranged for refund which is not my fault, third time I call one of the agents and they promise that they will get the product delivered to me which was a lie.


Again 4th time I call and explain the whole story and the agent disconnects the call and I had to again call back and explain the whole story where the agent directly said this cannot be fulfilled because the refund has already been initiated. I again wait on the call for almost 10 minutes and talk to the escalation department agent and still the answers are like this cannot be done and this is what it is.


No action has been taken. Such Attrosities I have been facing. None of the customer support agents has given me true or complete information till date. I had placed order for few products and each and every product has had one or the other issues because the agents have not done their job properly and here as a customer I am facing issues not only that each and every day I have been calling and following up with multiple calls sparing my precious time. This is insane. I called an escalation agent and they disconnect my call, I call again and the escalation agent Prashanth was so rude. The person I spoke to before that said the package was lost and I need to take a refund. Now Prashanth says the product is with the courier person. If this is not resolved within the time I'll make sure I will never order again using your services also tell everybody I know how pathetic amazing service. Also not only that I will definitely file a lawsuit against your company for treating customers so bad.


Very disappointed with the services. Though I have been doing my part of job correctly I have been dodged and neglected and lied to every time I called customer service. Though it's Amazon agent's fault nobody is ready to go the extra mile to provide a resolution to this issue. This has been happening again and again and there's no solution to this.
