I have been using airtel broadband from quite a long time and I was completely happy with it.

Recently I got a call from airtel regarding the up-gradation of my plan.

I agreed with them and got the v fiber broadband.

The speed is really better and fast than my previous connection.

They also changed the modem.

So recently what is happening the modem stops responding in between and the internet connection is lost.

I have lodged the complaint two times the person comes and checks and states that everything is fine.

One time he replaced the wire and other time he just checked and said it is working fine.

But still I face the same problem. I told them to change the modem but they didnt replied with a positive response.

Moreover they committed me a discount of 500 for 6 months but they are only providing me 300 rupees discount.

Not expected. Not happy with them
