I canceled my Airtel postpaid longtime ago after settled the total bills..Infact I paid extra than what I'm supposed to, but it still shows the service is active on the website, i'm still able to log into the account and the worst part is outstanding amount is growing. I called the customer service the lady said , I have to pay the outstanding..


Then I went to Airtel Relationship centre, that's again a big process to speak to some so-called relationship executive. They don't know how to treat customers in the first place. They simply said 'you can ignore the bills.. and after months of cancelation, it shows 'still active'!!!!!! They send you paper bills, even when you opt for paperless, then they tell you you changed the preference to papaerbills. No one knows how it changes without log on. I have to cancel the other Airtel connection. I know it's a tough task. Let's see..
