Airtel thanks app is useless. Customer service of airtel is the worse so far. No one speaks proper English, they keep transferring the call to a different executive to whom we have to explain from scratch and wait for another 20 mins. Once the call is done, no acknowledgment is given. We will need to again call customer service and the new executive says they have no idea about what the issue was. PATHETIC is an understatement.
I never give reviews, I'm an MBA student and I understand how hard it is to maintain a company in this competition. But, this is an exception, coz as a customer I thought I'll warn others what they might get into if they go for Airtel
