The instruction manual does not talk about the recording facility. With the recording button on the remote a program gets recorded only for 29 minutes after whivh it automatically goes off. I tried calling the given customer service number but the recorded options gives you no room to talk to an operator. I sent a mail to the customer service id, but even after 4 days the message could not be delivered..The response was:
'The recipient server did not accept your response to connect'. My worst buy.
