Airtel - This is one of the most horrible experiences that I had with you guys, I guess your competitors are better. this is what I found on getting a new Broadband connection

-> 15th Feb - one year amount paid for the new Broadband connection you sales agent Veeru(ph:9663797070) convinced me that this is the best service and best broadband. post payment -> he informed me that the connection will be completed in 4hrs time - no one called nor the connection was done caf no: 80212930.

-> 16 Feb - Called back Veeru he managed to get one of the tech guys to call me and promised me to get the installation done by 8 PM, which was failed

-> 17th Feb - the Area manager conferenced the call with Murali(ph: 9945984900) and Murali was scared and promised that the connection will be completed today. Got the SR Number: 104749498 with the Engg OTP was received as an SMS. The same evening one guy name Shree(ph: 8448194282) called and told me that he is 10min away from my house and will come, GUESS WHAT - did not turn up. At 8 PM when I called he said that the order was not yet released.

-> 18th Feb - Tried to call Murali and Veeru multiple times but they were avoiding my calls, finally called Airtel customer care and informed them on my frustration but those fools are also of no help, they transferred me to the supervisor, and he said that he will have the backend team call me. in 30min the back end team called me and said that the distance from the DP to my residence is greater than 180mtr and the connection cannot be given, I confronted them and said that the DP box is right to my house and is hardly 6-7ft away to my window to connect, they said that they will check and get me back, finally I got hold of Mr. Murali and he informed that 180mtr is not an issue, but the connection can support only up to 2Mbps and not 8Mbps, I told him that I need the landline and I am fine with the speed. with the relevant discount, I also asked him on the Area managers name/number and he refused, he said that he will get the connection done, in the meantime I have been trying to call Veeru / Shree all in vain - I got so frustrated that I called the customer care team, and told them that I need a refund and those people said it will take 20 days - what the HELL- you need the money in advance, and for your fault I have to wait, they then transferred me to the supervisor, and said that he will get this fixed, - FAILED CALL BACK,

and NOW as is

Airtel Customer Care - FAILED CALL BACK(False promises)


NOW CAN YOU REFUND MY MONEY in 48hrs, I am going to Tweet, post my screwed up experience that was created by your teams I CANNOT WAIT for 20 Business or regular days for my refund, but if you want me to WAIT to give me INTEREST for the DELAY.

I don't know if its airtel fault or their team members, - these team members need to be sacked on ETHICAL ISSUES
