Iam using Airtel broadband from last four months ( Location: srkakulam , andhrapradesh) , I selected 999 plan for 200 mbps speed with 300gb data for months. I would like to highlight issues which you may face with airtel broadband.
- Before connection services are very fast but once you made payment it will complete opposite. if internet goes down then you will be in queue and due to so many processes the resolution time will be 24 - 48 hrs approx you will wait wait and wait.
For internet I observed that with airtel broadband you must need a backup internet line.
You will never get selected plan speed
It goes down very frequently and every time you need to loge complaint, seems they are not monitoring it.
You can go for airtel Broadband but I would recommend to plan a backup internet line if looking for work from home.
