Worst customer service you can get in any segment. Even local kirana shops do better job than Airtel.
Their customer care is worst, refuses to provide supervisor/Manager, Twitter response team responds with template messages with no action.
I complained of frequent disconnection in another room in my house and their technician came with a response that its an issue with modem range, its better to shift ur modem in the center of the house. This is after they had reinstalled modem, did all the wiring 2 months ago at same place with nobody informing that there will be a connectivity issue.
Their technicians have the audacity to say that nothing will happen no matter how much you complain, ticket will come to me.
Worst now, their technicians have now disconnected the Wifi from backend since i raises an escalation, that’s the lowest Airtel can go.
None of them responds. Their customer care promised to resolve issue by End of day, no action whatsoever. ZERO OWNERSHIP.
They have no control whatsoever and then they call u PLATINUM CUSTOMER.
