I am very sad to say that I am one of the customer for Airtel Broadband.
I am facing issues with the internet speed and raised a concern with Airtel customer care. I come to know the modem will support only 40mbps speed (note : I am not even seeing 40mbps speed). But I am paying money for 100mbps speed. I feel it is Airtel's Responsibility to change the modem immediately when there is any change in plan but it was not done. I raised a complaint atleast for 5 times and still it is not fixed.
This is the experience I am facing as a Airtel customer. Very pathetic service.
They will ask us to pay penalities if we are not paying the money on time. My question to Airtel ; Will you pay the money back with the penalities for the service I am getting???
I feel my concern is very reasonable.
