The customer care itself to choose other provider to continue the policy once the current policy is getting expires. I surprised when the Acko employee is recomending to go with other insurance. The problem with my policy is not able to continue to renew the policy and error message is showing that'unable to provide a quote for your policy'. The customer care is not trying to work on backend to fix the issue to continue to send the quote and payment link to my Acko registered email. This was pathetic situation, if this continue how a new or existing customer will come to accept or buying the policy from Acko.
