I took this Acko General Insurence policy(RED00155390050) for my uncle age 60 years for his Journey from Ongole to Banglore ticket booked in RedBUS.
The bus was cancelled without any notice and there was no refund from operator. Finally after 5 hours of waiting, around 1 AM midnight they arranged non AC old bus but I booked A/C sleeper bus.
I registered the issue with Acko next day and the status of claim is like "Your claim is being reviewed.' from 2 months and still same. Actually they told 2-3 business days is time for claims settlement which is big lie. better don't go for this.
