Earlier I tried to contact your customer service but your number just goes unanswered and always gets and IVR option to connect, this is the only problem I faced.
Post that I have received a call from Vishal Sharma and assisted me if I have done anything wrong while purchasing or not. He was so patient and explained me the procedures and the missed items to my policy.
