Poor and Pathetic service by Acko.


1:- Added wrong spelling on insurance paper. after too many followup it's get corrected.


2:- Asked to send the hard copy of insurance but they didn't.


3:- Before insurance renewal they said they will give 2000 patym cashback. but they didn't give.


Never to with Acko for any kind of insurance. Highly unprofessional.
