As we know books are the store houses of knowledge.Books are the key pillars of education.This education has two objects : on the one hand to give skill; & on the other hand, to impart a vaguer thing which we may call wisdom.
My 5 best books are The holy quran, book in Braille, my Dictionary, my English Grammar book & Business correspondence & report writing.All these books have helped me a lot to increase my both knowledge & wisdom .Of these , BOOK IN BRAILLE had adorned me a lot.BRAILLE, which is named after its inventor.It is a system of representation of printed symbols by raised dots on a flat surface.Six dots in various combinations are used to represent letters, numbers, punctuation marks& some common words.As we know the most powerful & important medium of education today are the books .The whole knowledge is stored in it.That is the way I mentioned earlier It is a store house.But when it comes to the education of blind people they are deprived of this opportunity. So this system of educating blind people has come in process, that is BRAILLE.The blind people can educate themselves not only in the sense of being able to read & write but in the sense of training themselves .Teachers of the blond people have devised this method.
The blind people, who can just sense by touch, reads the book by passing their fingers over the raised dots.Though it has some disadvantages, i.e., it is not so compact /easy to hold as other books do.physical effort & the cost of productions are the two other limitations.To avoid these, American association for blind had come forward with a new eloborated informative book, called recordings.These are for the blind, which are prepared for free of charge.
Through these we can say that still humanity, care for humae is alive in virtual hearts.
