I am trapped by the cheat home solutions who market Hitachi. A 3 door Fridge 438 L was delivered on 22.04.10 and no demo/installation service has been provided. Several calls to their customer care invoke only only nice english and nobody has been deputed so far. Taking up the complaint to their Corporate office at Delhi through FAX has also evoked no response. It appears they do not have any service facility in Mumbai and are fooling the consumer. I have lodged a complaint with the Consumer court as well as their principals at japan. But I wonder whether such a low profile customer care oriented company can ever respond.
My advice: Never buy a Refrigerator where service is not established like Hitachi. The performance is not the only criteria. After sales service is very imp[ortant.
