First hand experience counts much more than anything. SWM, WtE etc is a larger fight the entire E-City Residents are taking up. If interested, please join 'E-City Rising'. What else you expect in an apartment complex where half of the people are yet to move in? It is normal in any such apartments. The residents are accommodative and understand the need of the owners who are doing the interior works. May be one more year, we will have 90% occupancy and we are good. It's a vibrant and wonderful community that is being formed. people are living from July 2018. Close to 500 flats are occupied now. A great place to live in E-City.

Leakage Problem

Based on the history with SNN even during pre RERA times the builder stayed with he project for 5 years and beyond or say till AOA takes over. And they fix all the structural issues. SNN is always receptive of genuine concerns. They attend, fix and close loop the issue. This is my observation.

Possession was done well within the one year grace period specified in the sale and construction agreement. This is applicable for all 1030 flats in 26 towers. There is not delay as I see as a happy customer. As I understood, there were many owners who didn't turn up to take the handover of the flat or registration. It is a good practice to help the resident owners to charge maintenance from the date of OC. This will help to bring the overall maintenance cost down. Affected are the few owners who are... just investors.Read More

All one sided agreements can be ratified if you take a lawyer and go to the builder. I am sure they will return you the booking mount if you are not signing the agreement due to difference of opinion with the clauses in the agreement. Not sure if the above person tried to do it or not.

This review is dated February 2018. But the first possession in GreenBay started in April 2018. Is this review genuine? Or is it about some other project? I find most of the points mentioned here not true regarding GreenBay.

People are living in this apartment from July 2018. I am surprised to see that you were not given possession. May be you had a flat in Phase 2 for which the construction started one year later. Even then, in Phase 2 as well people started getting possession in the first half of 2019.

Basic need is not capitalise!

Regular payment of the maintenance is still not started. It is done by the builder at this moment and the running rate is same as similar sized apartments in and around Bangalore. Lot of measures taken by the maintenance team to control the costs. My view is that maintenance cost is not a parameter ...if you are about to make a decision to invest in this property.Read More

Excellent project in E-City Phase 2! Lush greenery, forest and amenities makes it a great space to live in. SNN has delivered this project well within the time specified in the sale & construction agreement despite the fact that many builders delayed or stopped construction post demonetisation. 1...030 flats and close to half of them are occupied. A nice and vibrant community for you to live. The promoters and senior management team of the SNN Builders are easily accessible and help you out and reaches out to resolve the individual issues.
