Pathetic experience with VTP group. From their CEO level to CRM to Executive level no body takes the accountability to solve our ongoing problems. We invested our hard earned money at VTP Purvanchal just to be played by them. Their project which started in 2017 has not been completed it. It is very unprofessional team and they are just money hungry very bad experience with the vtp skylight project. Think twice before purchasing flats here u will get better options than this search for more and genuine projects

Went to the site from their office and they showed us the vtp Sierra land parcel, there they showed us under construction building and told us land belongs to vtp but rera is not there.

We come back to office and a guy starts talking about Sierra phase 2 telling us all 6 towers of Sierra are full and give token for the tower which has under construction building. I told him that does not have rera yet, he said it has rera and sent someone to get rera id, that someone never came back to show rera id. They think customers are fools who go there to give them hard earned money for unapproved project.

The lady called again and sent a rera id of vtp Sierra phase 1... So much comedy that I understood how they fool customers.

This could be a lengthy email but in short there is a adverse delay in giving the possession. They also are denying to give the compensation which they had agreed via email starting from January 2021.

I am worried on the progress of the property, poor response from management, worst suggestion given by sales to take loan from indiabulls. Feeling completely trapped, one side is the delayed project and even the pemi reimbursement is not getting done on time and other side is the bank indiabulls, i will never ever suggest anyone to take loan from indiabulls, they are slow and unprofessional.

Maximum Livable Area concept homes makes ur home more spacious. Room sizes in620 sq.ft. 2BHK seems bigger than that of 740 Sq.Ft.of nearby projects. also they are providing premium facilities with the flat(not giving just a raw flat). A project one must visit before listening to bullshit people keep posting paid review on various sites. First visit then believe. Most of the negative comments are through paid services and financed by Competitors who themselves don't give transparent information

VTP again making false promises for this project they are claiming for 2024 possession but you are not going to get before 2025-26. Without Rera in hand they had collected the token which is again against RERA rules and still taking alot of time to refund the money. As per their policy in 15 days they should refund but I am struggling since 45 days. Sales team not responding and you don't have any escalation contact. Just keep waiting. And same they will do at the time of possession.

We went here to see flats and the perfect flats are here.

The interiors of the building is not that good and the building is built in an area where there are lots of chaos and noise pollution, so you will definotely not get peace of mind at this place!

We have been stuck in a horrible situation of delayed possession and we feel stressed and worried for no fault of ours! My family and I have been through such a traumatic time because of these builders and their lack of commitment to a project after taking away our hard-earned money!

Even after six years, the building has not been constructed! The builder is hardly taking any interest and there are few workers on the site so do not waste your money in this project because you are sure to regret it.

Services for emergency times needs to be available so as to cater to basic needs. Very poor basic needs. Physical infrastructure needs improvement for good society developments. The area overall has less to offer when it comes to buying properties.

Do not get involved with these fraudsters by booking a flat with them! They rob you off your money by making false promises and once they get their money, they do not care about the buyers and they keep delaying the possession day, which is terrible!
