I am highly dissatisfied with the project's pace. During the booking, they assured possession by December 2024 while Rera possession date is March 2025. With only one year remaining, they have completed the structure for just three floors out of the 25 planned(T3). Now upon following their customer relationship managers suggest considering the Rera date with a six-month grace period. This project is going to be severely delayed delays, like seen in many of their previous projects. They are highly unprofessional and unethical as they deleted old location and added new to delete the negative reviews on google.

I strongly recommend against booking with them.

Seems like mouthshut is paid or hijacked by these people .all positive reviews are fake avoid purchase with vtp at any cost

Approach to this huge project is extremely bad, the road conditions is so poor.

The project seems aloof from the main area. There is no water pipeline to the project, such huge society will depend on water tanker for daily needs.

Made buying a home such easy. Bought our dream plus smart home. Very professional staff including channel partner and CRM. Received detailed information regarding the project and quick response to every query thereafter. Highly recommend!

Happy to book my first home with VTP.

VTP provides a very good customer service, staff is very courteous

We cancelled booking for VTP verve but cancellation charges applied 50, 000 Rs.

Why so much charges the builder taking for cancellation, and from where it's authorised from?

As per RERA, if we cancel the booking, full amount should be returned. This is going against RERA.

Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers.

First they promised me that I could get desired units, then they call me and give four options to choose in VTP Sierra. After that they promised refund of token amount within 15 days from request, and it's been 43 days and token hasn't been refunded yet.

Don't go for them, these folks are unprofessional, unethical and non-transparent.

I had visited vtp project, flats are really spacious. I was assisted by Annu singh. The service was really very good. Due to some reasons I couldn't go further, but if anyone interested pl do visit once.

I had gone to purchase a flat at VTP Skylights. Annuu Singh was the sales rep. She was awesome and I went ahead and made token payment.

Due to certain reason, I donor go ahead with my purchase, however Annuu fully assured me that I will get my token back, and sure enough, I got a cal from her confirming that my refund cheque was ready andI got back my full amount.

Great service. Very cooperative staff. Will consider buying property with VTP because of this very nice experience ????

We had booked the slot between 3-4 for site visit for VTP Sierra for their ongoing project in Baner. We reached there around 3:30.We were asked to wait, after couple of minutes they sent us to see the presentation which were full of images n with very less explanation by sales representative that too we happened to realise that the explanation was for her own client not for the clients sitting in room.

Then we again checked on reception if they can allocate someone to us to show sample flat. We were informed no one has been allocated to us yet.No worries, within 5-10 mins we had a sales representative to take to show sample flat but we don't know for what reason he assigned that task too other representative who was around him. It was clearly seen the other person has no interest to take a tour on ready to show flat.he dropped us there n left in between, we spent around 10-12 mins, we took a tour , we didn't like anything neither there was anyone to explain what plan the flat has been built with or if we have any questions.

After leaving from the sample flat, we met our representative who asked did you see the flat n we responded we saw literally everything!!!

Upon telling you were not there to see explain us, he said he had gone to other client so let me tell them

"Boss we were also your client, we also had taken out time to ensure we are reaching their on committed time, n we were expecting your equal time and attention to take a decision if we should put our hard earned money to grow your business.but your attitude spoke a lot n made us realised you do not need clients.Just to you people were not gifting me the flat even I would have paid fairly for any purchase if I would have or thought of being made.!!!

Please don't invest money in VTP it's very bad experience.. I have token the amount and now it's more than 1 month done but still no updates every time I need to take follow up.. Also, they don't care about customer always you need to ask update..it's genuine experience.. Pls don't buy..

It is very unprofessional team and they are just money hungry very bad experience with the vtp skylight project. Think twice before purchasing flats here u will get better options than this search for more and genuine projects

Went to the site from their office and they showed us the vtp Sierra land parcel, there they showed us under construction building and told us land belongs to vtp but rera is not there.

We come back to office and a guy starts talking about Sierra phase 2 telling us all 6 towers of Sierra are full and give token for the tower which has under construction building. I told him that does not have rera yet, he said it has rera and sent someone to get rera id, that someone never came back to show rera id. They think customers are fools who go there to give them hard earned money for unapproved project.

The lady called again and sent a rera id of vtp Sierra phase 1... So much comedy that I understood how they fool customers.

VTP again making false promises for this project they are claiming for 2024 possession but you are not going to get before 2025-26. Without Rera in hand they had collected the token which is again against RERA rules and still taking alot of time to refund the money. As per their policy in 15 days they should refund but I am struggling since 45 days. Sales team not responding and you don't have any escalation contact. Just keep waiting. And same they will do at the time of possession.
