VBHC officials have repeatedly entered my apartment without prior notice, violating my privacy and security. Despite multiple complaints, the management has done nothing to stop this illegal practice.
?? ?? Fraudulent Interior Work and Deception:
During possession, VBHC introduced me to an interior contractor. Trusting their recommendation, I hired him, but the interiors began to fall apart within a year due to substandard materials and poor workmanship. I had to spend double the amount to repair the damage.
?? ?? Criminal Intimidation and Harassment:
The contractor, often drunk, has been harassing me with abusive calls, messages, and threats. He has demanded an unjust payment of ₹60, 000. When I refused, he sent goons to my doorstep to create a public nuisance, shouting and trying to force entry.
?? ?? Complete Negligence by VBHC Management:
Despite being aware of the ongoing harassment and security violations, the VBHC Palmhaven 2A management has ignored my complaints. My safety has been completely disregarded.
