Tulip Violet is a big society consisting of around 15 towers housing nearly 1500 families. Considering the fact it is such a big society, the facilities in the society are badly mismanaged by the respective associations and departments. Now the builder has started the construction of 2 more towers in the society A9 and A10 that too after 7-8 years of completion of the construction of the society. Not sure what problems and inconvenience these constructions will cause to the residents such as movement of trucks in the society, noise and air pollution, security with labor inside the society all the time.

Anyone planning to buy or rent a flat in Towers B10, B9 and A11 should think twice before taking over. Your lives will be hell. The rent or cost of the flats, is it really worth it?

With so many people in the society, and now additional people coming in after construction of new towers, the society will be a mess. Swimming pools which already look like fish ponds will get congested.

The RWA is busy in superficially beautifying the society, while children keep falling and getting hurt without adequate playing mats in the play area.

Buyers or Tenants ask yourself, are Tulip Violet flats really worth the price. Ask difficult questions to the flat owners or the agents or the builders. According to me the cost of the flats should not be more that 1.5 cr be it 3 or 4BHK.

Tulip Violet, Sector 69, Gurgaon is a decent residential society with spacious apartments and good amenities like parks, a clubhouse, and security. The location is convenient, with easy access to schools, hospitals, and markets. However, maintenance services could be better, as residents often face issues with water supply, parking, and overall upkeep. The construction quality is average, and some areas need better management. Overall, it's a livable society with potential, but improvements in maintenance and infrastructure would enhance the experience.

Worst society with, bad building quality. Lots of dirty politics In RWA. Uncourteous staff, misbehaves with the residents. You will repent buying property here. No ventilation in the flats. RWA politics is the major issue.

Recently bought a flat in Tulip Violet from Builder, they cheat and do not provide the material as per sample flat. PL think twice before buying any flat from Builder in any of their project.

No 3 BHK tower has OC, which is essential for registry.

So if you are okay with ownership only and do not need registry(which is the legal ownership), then only think to buy this porperty.

Also, I checked, the maintenance part is true, very poor.

Room and appartment is very good . location is very best. my friend is living in this room, they told very good rooms.
