If u have ur bank apporval then only book in any project but suntecknaigaon is a big fraudhe will take down payment and their bankers will delay and make ur loan rejected so in future u will not get any loan and ur down payment they will not give u forget the money with how many peoples money they have taken and made a fraud of peoples don't book in sunteck they will threat u also

I have experienced bad service from them. They have setup CRM team to help the customer but they don't know about meaning of customer relationship service. Never give proper answer for specific questions asked. If you ask for ledger then they said there is no provision is made to share with Customer. Advise do not buy flat from them.

Being a reputed builder sunteck itself or the service of sunteck disrupted my faith in any of sunteck project.

Feeling like living in hell in sunteck naigaon

• irregular power cut one can not work from home bcoz no constant power available here

• since no power your internet will also not work

• water situation is one another level issue no BMC water connection so one need to depend on water tank if water tankers come u will get water otherwise u are on your own

• they are excellent in plumbing and they reach at level where your bathroom jets and will never work reported by maintenance team since there is no pressure of water for bathroom utility...wowww

-none of mobile network will work inside flat

-atleast knowing all this sunteck should have provided inverter or atleast should have provision so that atleast internet should work

• plz demand above thing from sunteck before taking possession or before giving final demand amount otherwise they are Happy with your money and will be frustrated

It was my biggest mistake to buy a flat in sunteck. Firstly while booking they have all the fake promises and once you pay and fall prey to their lousy schemes you are then exploited .

Calling their CRM is nightmare as they never receive your calls . And by chance if you visit their office they treat you like strangers .

Also post making the full payment as per the agreement the flat should be handed over to me in 20 days . But now they are delaying since they is some account clearance issue from their side.

Even after reviewing so many comments and reviews still I wonder there is no action taken on the CRMs as well as their is no improvement. The don't have any fear and they smare exploiting the end users without a fear.

I would request you all to please stay away from these builder as with low price and expectation to own a house these people harass the users and have no feelings for customers.

I liked the way my performance was evaluated. The first year was the best. I got a promotion after working there for a year. It was a great learning experience.
