Sumadhura Folium not returning my 5.25L token

Review on Sumadhura Folium Phase 2, Whitefield, Bangalore

Sumadhura Folium builders are fraud. I had initially made my mind to invest in 4Bhk project of Folium and also have given token amount of 5.25 lac rupees. At that time Sreenath from sales team (Ph. No: 895169xxxx) and Donald from CRM team very actively followed up with me for payment. Later due to my concerns in their process and construction quality, I decided to pull out from the project. It has been 60 days, Sreenath and Donald are only dragging the refund. Initially they committed to close this in 30 days, then stretched to 45 days, now after 60 days also there is no progress. They have stopped picking up phone and have deactivated my sumadhura account on app. They are making excuses that Manish from Sales team who is Sreenath’s boss and the VP aren't approving the refund. How can they keep innocent people's hard earned money. This builder is total fraud. This is violating initial terms and conditions which were agreed upon in the contract.I am asking higher authority of Sumadhura to refund my 5.25 lac rupees immediately..
