Sales department staff have no liability towards the client once it is sold. The account department will send you all wrong account details.Then all of a sudden they will send you a notice of termination of sale, when you are alreadypossessing no dues possession certificate.Very pathetic experience with Srijan REALTY project.

If you care for your hard earned money, you should think twice before investing it here. I got completely ripped off in the name of independent parking, swimming pool, club house etc. The first photo attached here is the condition of my open parking space for which I paid 4.5 lacs. The other photo is the children's play area. There is zero maintenance. The swing for the kids broke 8 months ago and never got replaced. The third photo is of the swimming pool which is not much bigger than a standard butub. Oh! did I mention that the pool was never opened for the residents despite the fact that people started staying here since 2018. The gym has 3 treadmills and few weights for 200+ people. The clubhouse was never unlocked. Srijan will take 3 years advance maintenance at the time of purchase at a rate of Rs 3/ square feet. However, they will start sending you maintenance bill just after 1.5 years because the remaining maintenance advance will be utilized when residents' association will be formed(which is most likely to be a very distant future). I paid 50 per sq feet for the diesel generator. The only small detail they forgot to mention that the generator does not have capacity to serve even half of the flats. The power goes repeatedly on and off while running on the generator. Srijan has not paid the municipal taxes on time and hence no one was able to get their mutation done. Be ready to be ripped off if you book a flat here.
